Final Inspection Preparation

A smoother inspection usually starts with an empty or nearly empty property, access arranged (keys, lockbox or agent handover), and enough time between the clean and the inspection for any agreed follow-up. When you book, tell us your vacate date, bedroom and bathroom count, and whether carpets or ovens need extra attention so we can quote accurately.

Bond Back Guarantee

Our bond-back guarantee covers the clean. If your property manager flags anything after inspection, just get in touch within 5 days of your clean, along with the inspection report showing what needs attention. We’ll arrange a revisit as promptly as our schedule allows to get it sorted. The guarantee does not cover damage, unpaid rent, mould removal, pest control, structural defects or areas outside the agreed scope. Whether carpet cleaning is required depends on your lease terms and the carpet's condition at the start of the tenancy — check your lease and Entry Condition Report, or ask your property manager.

I had pets. Can you handle flea treatment and pet hair?

Yes. Pet owners can add flea treatment and pest control, and carpet steam cleaning is already included complimentary with every bond clean. We also give extra attention to pet hair on floors, skirting boards and outdoor areas.
